In 2009, she graduated in Law with full marks at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
In 2011, she achieved the postgraduate at the Specialization School for Legal Professions at the University of Milan.
She has an excellent knowledge of English language, thanks also to the achievement of the Legal English Module of the International Professional English Certificate at the British Chamber of Commerce, and she has a good knowledge of French language.
She provides advice, assistance and defence to individuals and legal entities in administrative and judicial proceedings regarding tax and criminal law. She provided assistance for the accession to the Italian voluntary disclosure programs.
In 2015, she attended the “Corso di Perfezionamento e di Specializzazione in Diritto Penale “Giorgio Marinucci” at the University of Milan, where she carried out further research into both international and criminal tax law.
In 2017, she took part as a speaker in a series of conferences about criminal tax law at the Scuola Ispettori e Sovrintendenti della Guardia di Finanza a Coppito (AQ).
In 2017 e 2018, she attended the IV two-year course at the “Scuola di Alta Formazione e Specializzazione dell’Avvocato Tributarista” organised by the association Unione Nazionale Camere Avvocati Tributaristi.
She has authored several publications on tax law and criminal tax law matters.
She has been collaborating with the Stufano, Gigantino and Associates Tax and Law Firm since 2012.
